 E-LEARNING IDEAS FOR THE CLASSROOM

Engaging reluctant writers through the smart use of e-learning tools is something that many schools may be interested in. Here is a link to a presentation with some helpful ideas for teachers.
Engaging reluctant writers through using Web 2 tools such as Storybird and My Storymaker. Also Kerpoof.
The following presentation is one I have made for work with schools. This shares a range of digital tools to support learning across the curriculum. The lovely little girl in the cover slide is my grand daughter!

Fluency Tutor from Google is another way to support struggling readers/writers.
Use the Voice Typing tool in Google Docs for these students to read aloud their stories and hear where they need to edit.

Try this tool for creating animated stories. Take one powerful image and make it more powerful with words here.
Another storymaker for the web here.
Try this one too.
